![]() It was like night and day between playing as a necromancer v. This means expansion is difficult while all other classes can just keep moving at a rapid rate without having to go back to a town to heal. I'm finding Necromancer extremly difficult to use due to no healing and regen until later. Originally posted by Warlord:What class are you playing? Lord ai only gets a tiny bit extra resourse, for the rest it is the same as knight.Īll you need to do if think everyone is out to get you and if you show any weakness they will take advantage of it.(you know like real people) The ai has probley been capturing towns, increasing his research capacity, acuire the means to build that tier III stack. Leaving cities undefended is like leavingmeat in a dog pen and believing it will be there when you get back. Keep in mind at all times that your first goal is survival.Įxploring ruins for gear isnt worth losing most men. It sounds like you think age of wonders is a rpg instead of a tbs. Your leader always leads your army stack.Ħ: Expect losses but try to minimilzed them.Ĩ: exploration of ruins is a secondry objective.ĩ: ruins are well protected and require a good army(aka not your starting junk)ġ1: exploite every advantage you can,(convert there healer away, assasinete key members of the enemy in a losing fighting, focus on the weakest units, those who die quickly, focues fire)ġ3: First secure what you got, then take what they got. Level you heroes as either one man army of leader of group, not both. ![]() ![]() Level them, train them, but do not waste them. The effects and costs of these buildings vary based on the class.1: Towns are productions centers and resources centers.Ģ units are good to keep out early game independed and 4 are good for mid game independed.ģ: your heroes are your most important assest. There are 3 buildings per class which must be built in a specific order. All classes can construct buildings which are class exclusive to construct.
